Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Steel Toe Technologies’ website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

Steel Toe Technologies provides AI development studio services including Consult, The Last Mile (migrations), Custom Build, and Maintain (retainers). Each engagement is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Ownership of Deliverables

Upon final payment, all source code, documentation, and deliverables are transferred to the customer. Steel Toe retains no ownership rights in customer deliverables beyond what is required to fulfill warranty obligations.

3. Payment

Productized services are quoted at a fixed price. Refer to the SOW for milestone payment terms.

4. Warranty

Steel Toe provides a 30-day post-delivery warranty for productized work. Maintain retainers are governed by separate SLA terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steel Toe’s total liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement at issue.
